Housing Development, Castlerea, Co Roscommon - May'05

A housing development at Castlerea, Co Roscommon required phased piling. The site had rock at varying depths, from 3m upwards. Our DCI piling was competitive on price and also helped to minimise the need for site preparation. Pile waste was also reduced to zero. The DCI pile, as it embeds the toe of the pile into rock, is more stable than other piling systems which stop on the rock head.
